View icons not stored in separate files

The Notes view icons are part of the executables. This is not a change from before. The "domino" directory contains files used in web preview, and I don't believe it's part of the default installation.

As you probably noticed, the view icons have changed. I don't know offhand whether the server team picked up the new icons yet.
